TCC (The Coffee Connoisseur)

The food is pricey and parking can be expensive but I love visiting the outlet at T3 (Changi Airport). It's quiet with soothing music playing in the background, is opened around the clock and if you have a laptop, there's free wireless internet connection! Triple bonus!

One of my main staples has got to be its Minty Pumpkin Soup. It's definitely one of the best I've tried in my entire life so far (I'm waiting for the day I get to have pumpkin soup with truffle shavings).This is something that's new on their menu but it's oh-so-yummy. The Warm Asparagus Ragout Salad has lovely grilled tomatoes, eggplant, asparagus and the ragout is sandwiched between two puff pastry pieces.
They also have an interesting offering of drinks. I'm sipping Cocoa Divine Tea as I type and it does smell a lot like chocolate.

After a hectic day at work, spending time here has made me a happy person now. :)
